Festivals run through the roots of Jomeokee’s history

Shortly after the creation of the campground festivals began being held on site. From Nashville big names to local bands, many artists have come to perform on the Jomeokee stage while the amphitheater hillside filled with fans of the music and the scenery.

Lester Flatt, bluegrass pioneer and legend, hosted the first festival on site and that legacy lives on in Jomeokee. While the first attendees may have had a more primitive outdoor experience, the grounds have grown with the times and there is now

6. Jomeokee Marketplace... A pop-up market showcasing local artisans from the Carolina's and Virginia
